/ ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We at Annys Sticky Madness, maintain the policy that all sales are final.  While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by law; we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges on orders made online.  We truly appreciate your support to our brand; and we do apologize the inconvenience. It is because we recently launched our products online and need more people buying products to provide the best online purchase experience in the near future with more services with low cost for our customers.

/ IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Effective as of: October 1st 2023

1. EXCHANGES. We allow exchanges only.  We do not allow returns.  For items purchased in-store, exchanges are accepted within 1 day of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.  Your item will be exchange for other with the same price or lower. 

 

2. ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items:  Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange.  We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

 

3. CONDITION OF ITEMS.  Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.

 

4. FORM OF PAYMENT.   Please note that all sales at Anny's Sticky Madness are final. While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, we do not offer refunds in the form of payments. Should you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
